Of course! You can easily chase the dragon and follow the mysterious and ugly paths of the inner psyche, in search of the reasons why you are not good enough. Of course you can chase the endless stream of memories in your life and try to sneak up on each one, in the hopes that you trap them and exterminate them.
What are the chances that you are successful? Approximately  . . . none.
The idea of ‘good enough’ is insidious, in that it uses the rules of a closed system as its measurement for what is good enough and what is not.
To the personality, attaining something implies a sense of good enough.
To the personality, achieving something implies a sense of good enough.
To the personality, succeeding at something implies a sense of good enough.
To the personality, meeting some demands implies a sense of good enough.
To the personality, changing some criteria implies a sense of good enough.
Who sets the benchmark? Who creates the competitor? Who makes the rules?Â
Being ‘good enough’ is a pipe dream when you place it in the hands of a system of other people, creating the benchmarks and determining the criteria. There is no ultimate attainment or achievement and if there is some sense of having  ‘made it‘ – you can just as easily lose it again, for another starving victor awaits around the corner, just as eager to feel good enough and steal the crown!
On the other hand . . . whilst others are running away from the cravings of a ravenous inner beast needing self acceptance – you could realise that the mind set of . . . ‘enough good‘ . . . is all that it takes. It is the true and enduring inheritance, where there is nothing that you need to do, attain, strive for or achieve to be good enough.
There is enough good in you at all times to do what you want.
There is enough good in you at all times to meet every challenge.
There is enough good in you at all times to have what you want to have.
There is enough good in you at all times to act powerfully.
There is enough good in you at all times to respond lovingly.
There is enough good in you at all times to live impeccably.
There is enough good in you at all times to forgive everything.
There is enough good in you at all times to find love.
And the list goes on, without end.
